Who we are

Haredi Kehilati is a community of Haredi members of the Likud who chose to come together, turning each person's power into influence for us all.

Over the years, thousands of Haredim have joined the Likud out of a desire to take part and make a difference. Yet over time these membership groups never came together to act on the things that truly matter to them — and so their strength has hardly found expression. We believe the time has come for our strength to serve in advancing the things that touch everyone's daily life.

The real strength of the Haredi public has always come through community organizing — people acting together for the common good. When people unite around shared goals, each individual's strength is joined together, and that is how real influence is created.

Haredi Kehilati was founded to provide, for the first time, a shared home for members of the Likud who wish to act together — out of responsibility and partnership — to advance the quality of life of the Haredi public in the areas that shape everyone's daily life: employment, housing, welfare, culture, education and more.

If you too registered with the Likud out of a desire to make a difference — now is your time to realize the power you hold. This is your place to join, to be part of a community, and to build together a strength that carries real influence.

Why it matters

In recent years the Haredi public has faced many challenges. Alongside the importance of the public and value-based issues that concern us all, there is also life itself — raising children, housing prices, bureaucratic challenges, quality employment, culture budgets, community and public services, and the quality of life of the Haredi family.

Many feel that these issues do not receive the place they deserve. Even those who chose to register with the Likud out of a desire to make a difference found that there was no framework bringing their strength together and working consistently to place these issues on the agenda. They are not looking to be drawn into another dispute or another struggle — they want to see more being done, and to feel they have influence on the matters that touch daily life.

That is precisely why Haredi Kehilati was formed.

We believe that when Haredi members of the Likud come together and act as one, it becomes possible to advance a practical agenda, to strengthen our communities, and to bring the real needs of the Haredi family to the decision-making table.

Not out of dispute, but out of responsibility and a desire to make a difference. Not for the sake of individuals, but for the sake of the whole community.

Haredi Kehilati within the Likud

Haredi Kehilati acts from within the Likud, out of a belief that it is precisely there that one can influence the public agenda and the decisions that shape the daily lives of Israel's citizens.

We believe in the values of the Likud, in strengthening Israeli society, in a broad partnership across all parts of the nation, and in public responsibility. Out of this belief, we seek to encourage the involvement of the Haredi public within the movement, to strengthen their participation in its institutions, and to be active partners in shaping and leading its path.

Thousands of Haredim have already chosen over the years to register with the Likud out of a sense of partnership and belief in its path. Yet the strength of each member remains limited as long as they act alone. When members unite around shared goals, they become a meaningful force capable of influencing the public agenda and the movement's priorities.

Haredi Kehilati does not come from the outside, nor does it seek to change the movement's path. On the contrary. We seek to strengthen the Likud by broadening the circle of its active partners, and to bring into the movement's institutions the experience, needs and contribution of the Haredi communities.

We believe that when the Haredi public is an active partner within the Likud, it not only influences the movement's future — it also contributes to shaping better policy for all of Israel's citizens, out of responsibility, partnership and belief in the values of the Likud.

Our goals

Haredi Kehilati works to turn the strength of community members into real influence. To that end, we have set ourselves several central goals:

To bring together a broad community of Haredi members of the Likud

To create, for the first time, a shared address for thousands of members spread across the country, and to connect their strength into real public influence.

To give voice to the needs of the Haredi public

To raise on the public agenda and advance issues that affect the daily life of the Haredi family — among them education, housing, employment, culture, community services and quality of life.

To create real influence within the Likud

To strengthen the standing of community members through broad organizing, cooperation and consistent activity.

To encourage responsibility and public involvement

To give every community member the opportunity to take part, to make their voice heard, and to influence the future of their community. Your voice has power!

We believe that real influence does not begin in the corridors of government, but with people who choose to come together, take responsibility, and act together for the sake of their community.

The issues we advance

The areas that touch the daily life of the Haredi family, which we work to advance together.
