The issues we advance

Bureaucratic challenges

Dealing with the authorities comes with unique challenges for many families in the Haredi community.

Dealing with state and local authorities has become an inseparable part of every family's daily life. Yet for many families in the Haredi community, this comes with unique challenges — limited familiarity with the system, numerous procedures, difficulty in realizing entitlements, and at times a mismatch between the way the authorities operate and the lifestyle and characteristics of the Haredi community.

When a person stands alone before a complex system, they do not always have the knowledge, experience or tools to understand how best to act. At times their own personal experience reveals broader problems affecting thousands of other families, but without a framework to gather these voices and represent them, they remain a private difficulty and never reach the decision-makers' table.

Haredi Kehilati seeks to turn the personal experiences of the public into a public strength. The more Haredi members of the Likud come together, the better we will be able to identify recurring barriers, bring the difficulties and needs arising from the ground to the relevant bodies, and work to improve the services, processes and responses provided to the Haredi public.

We believe that the ordinary person deserves an address that knows the reality in which they live, understands the unique challenges they meet, and works so that their voice does not remain only a personal story, but becomes a strength that helps advance solutions for the entire public.
